Our local Orange boy, Trent joined the Jayco Orange team in 2019, starting his journey in the retail shop before moving into caravan service administration and eventually finding his place in sales. Having worked across different areas of the dealership, Trent has developed a strong understanding of the entire customer journey and what goes on behind the scenes. This experience gives him a unique perspective when helping customers find the right caravan to suit their needs, lifestyle and plans. What Trent enjoys most about sales is seeing the whole process come together on handover day — from the first conversation and finding the right van, through to seeing customers drive away ready for their next adventure. Known around the dealership as the go-to man for questions, Trent is always happy to put his knowledge and experience to work to help customers and the team. Outside of work, Trent enjoys spending time with mates, getting involved in sport and making the most of his time with family and friends. For Trent, it’s about making the caravan buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible and helping customers find a van they’ll love for years to come.
