You’ve just picked up your new Jayco, time to hit the road on your maiden voyage! Your Jayco’s First Service is an important check-in to make sure everything is operating correctly and safely.
After your first holiday away, it’s the perfect time to book your First Service. This visit helps tidy up any pesky items that may need adjusting or double-checking after their first real use — plumbing, gas, drawers, doors, locks and more.
This initial shakedown gives our factory-trained technicians valuable insight into how your caravan is performing and ensures everything is running smoothly and ready for your next adventure!
12 Month / 10,000km Service
During your adventures on the road, it is key that you take the care of your caravan just like you do yourself. Servicing is an important part of maintaining your caravans long life expectancy. Regular servicing helps spot any little problems you may have during your holidays making great memories with you van and keeps it better then the day got it! It also holds the key to you van keeping its value when its time to upgrade!
Our factory trained technicians are here to help when it comes to your service. A full service should occur every 12-months regardless of use or after the van has travelled 10,00km, whichever come first. We suggest keeping your maintenance up to date with a JARSA (jayco dealership and authorised repairers).

Remove and Inspect for wear. - Clean and Repack with New Grease. - Replace Bearing Seals and Split Pins - Adjust Endplay

Check Suspension Bolts and Mounts - Grease Suspension Nipple
Wheel and Tyres
Check Wheel Alignment - Check Rim and Tyres for Wear - Rotate Tyres - Torque Wheel Nuts (105Nm)
CHASIS
Lubricate All Corner Steadies - Lubricate Jockey Wheel and Clamp - Check for Rust
